Conversation With Max by S N Behrman
This is an informal, intimate portrait of Max Beerbohm, novelist, essayist, critic, and supreme cartoonist, written by a famous playwright and wit. S N Behrman, though for a long time an admirer of Beerbohm’s works, did not meet him until 1952, but in the four remaining years of Sir Max’s life, Mr Behrman visited him many times at his home in Rapallo.
