    Sooooo excited to receive the amazing copies of Pride and Prejudice and two of Shakespeare’s plays. The prompt arrival (to Australia!!) and the careful packaging have greatly impressed me. Can’t tell you how excited I was when these packages arrived. Prices also really good. My new favourite on-line store :)

    i just purchased the 12 volume set of books written by winston churchill during his time as prime minister in the war. this volume came exceptionally well packaged so there was no way they could be damaged. the seller was completely honest about the condition of the books which do display some VERY SMALL signs of wear and tear which is expected. a lovely volume which i will definitely enjoy reading and i definitely recommend them :D

    I was most impressed by the excellent service. The set of books was very reasonably priced (with postage included), the packing protected them very well, and they arrived with startling promptitude, delivered by a friendly courier. Altogether a most pleasant experience (unlike some online purchases I could mention).

    I was trying to find a good home for a set of books and for them to be purchased at a reasonable price. I found just the right home with Charles. Selling my books to Charles was a pleasure – he is knowledgeable, polite and very efficient.

    Totally recommend doing business with Charles – I certainly would not hesitate to do so again.

    I am very pleased. Apart from obtaining a set of elusive French books I had been trying to find for some time, I was delighted to obtain them at such a reasonable price, in a good condition, making allowance for their age, and delivered so promptly. I will be browsing again!

    Charles&Hc books are reliable,efficient&suppliers of goodquality books!Thanku for sorting out my Dickens Editions that I had been after for so long.This is one site that I would recommend to anyone whose interested in literature.They aim to please&thats exactly what they do.Also,the books were packaged so well it was an impossibility for them to be damaged in transit,very reassuring. Fair prices&alove&respect for the written word&the glorious book,that’ll do for me.

    Books arrived in fine condition. What an interesting packaging method so the Post Office can’t bash the corners. Thank you for all your efforts in finding these volumes for me. They are in fine condition to match my set and look great in their new home. Your service is indeed excellent and your communications photographic descriptions great. Thoroughly recommend your company to others. What a pity we have to pay the post office such a high price. Your price was fine but theirs was exhorbitant.

    I’ve really appreciated everything about my purchase.From the early communications,to the final act of purhase everything has been excellent: book’s description accurate to the details,prompt answers to whatever questions I’ve put about,immediate posting with very surprinsingly low cost and arrival in a very short period of time .A bookseller to be vividly recommended whose web site is bound to suffer my many visits.
